Building Construction

LN Construction provides complete building construction services across Bengaluru and Mysuru, residential villas, G+1 to G+4 apartment buildings, and commercial structures. With over eight years of hands-on experience and 120+ completed projects, our team manages the entire build cycle: site survey, BBMP or MUDA plan approval, foundation laying, RCC framing, brickwork, finishing, and handover.

Every project begins with a thorough site assessment and a detailed execution plan co-ordinated with licensed structural engineers. We work with ISI-certified materials, Ultratech or ACC cement, Fe500 TMT steel, AAC blocks, and maintain a dedicated supervisor on site throughout. Our close relationships with local suppliers mean consistent material quality and no mid-project shortages.

Billing is fully transparent with itemised quotations prepared before a single excavation. We provide weekly progress reports, photographic documentation, and a WhatsApp update thread for every client. Our work spans South Bengaluru (Subramanyapura, Banashankari, JP Nagar), North Bengaluru (Hebbal, Yelahanka), and key areas of Mysuru including Kuvempunagar and Vijayanagar.

Common Questions

How long does residential construction take in Bengaluru?

A standard G+1 residential villa of 2,000–3,000 sq ft typically takes 12–18 months from foundation to finishing, depending on design complexity and approval timelines. BBMP plan approval itself can take 30–90 days. We provide a detailed project timeline at the planning stage and track it throughout.

Do you handle BBMP and MUDA approvals?

Yes. We work with licensed architects and co-ordinate the plan approval process with BBMP (Bengaluru) and MUDA (Mysuru). We advise on compliant building designs and help prepare the required documentation. Approval fees are paid directly to the authority and are not included in our construction estimate.

What structural materials do you use?

We use ISI-certified 53-grade cement (Ultratech or ACC), Fe500 TMT steel bars, machine-made bricks or AAC blocks, and brand-tested waterproofing compounds. Material brands are declared upfront in our estimate and can be discussed based on your preferences and budget.

Can you build on a sloped or irregular plot?

Yes. Our structural team is experienced with sloped, corner, and irregular plots, common in South Bengaluru. We assess soil type and slope gradient before designing the foundation. Additional retaining structures are included in the estimate where required.
